Project Experience

Thomas S. Villanueva is a licensed Professional Engineer registered in the state of Texas with more than 17 years of experience as a Transportation Roadway Design Prime and Sub-Consultant Engineer for agencies such as the Texas Department of Transportation (San Antonio, Yoakum, Tyler, Ft. Worth and Houston Districts), Harris County Toll Road Authority, Ft. Bend County Toll Road Authority, Harris County Engineering and the City of Houston.

During his career, Mr. Villanueva has provided collaborative project management, technical expertise and oversight in the design and construction of transportation projects varying from complex to minor, and has teamed with a consortium of consulting engineering firms for the design development of various roadway types in both rural and dense urban areas throughout the state of Texas.

He has upheld engineering ethics and standards of conduct during his practice and has a strong background in the engineering design of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and construction, in the industry of Transportation Roadway Design. He has also provided consulting services on complex highway design modeling.
